We are all living in a time of what I see as immeasurable transformation.  The many opportunities being given to mankind at this time on the planet that are allowing us all to make a core paradigm shift within every aspect of our lives is a gift from Creator. 

 

 

As many of us are experiencing different levels of transformation, which are necessary for us to meet our individual goals, we are awakening to a higher level of understanding. Each of us are here at this time with what I interpret as, a contract with our Creator to co-create and help make positive changes for you and the planet. 

 

 

 

 

    I see a day when energy medicine therapies become a way of healing within families.  When people will embrace that there is more to us than our physical body.  An understanding that we have the power to heal ourselves and those around us. That our Spirit /Soul is that which interpenetrates and surrounds the physical body.  Our Soul  is made up of infinite levels of dimensional existences and variations of light vibrations. We have the ability to access the past, present and future in order to create what is here now. In other words, your physical body and your present life situation, is a mirror of everything your Soul has experienced. You have the ability and tools available to you to change your life. I found unlimited tools the day I discovered the Seven Sacred Flames!

 

      In February 2009, I found the most amazing book "The Seven Sacred Flames"by Aurelia Louise Jones.  One Sunday afternoon I began reading and couldn't stop. The knowledge shared by the planetary spiritual hierarchy and the Lemurians felt so true for me.  The information so resonated with my heart. I would read the words and then take time to integrate what I was reading.  I felt this hunger to keep moving forward and embrace all the flames, eventhough it was suggested to work with one each day.  I simply could not stop at one, had to read and meditate with several flames each day.  I began to receive additional information in addition to what I was reading.  My inspiration was growing and my desire to learn about what was not yet written.  Because of this I knew I was now on an amazing new journey.  I had no clue what was going to happen for me as I embraced the teachings and integrated the Universal Laws set forth in my day to day life.  My life began to really change and my dreams started coming to fruition.

 

      At that time, I was 45 pounds over weight and had tried so many ways to lose weight.  I had good eating habits, my exercise was riding my mountain bike and I felt pretty happy. I had gone through some life challenging events such as a divorce and the loss of my brother to cancer as well as my father, and relationship issues with family to mention a few. I thought I was comfortable with the choices I had made up to then. Apparently I had been tucking away my stuff in a place I couldn't even find....except the mirror on my bathroom wall.   I am an energy medicine practitioner and teacher.  I have helped a lot of people with their challenges.  What was not congruent within me that I did not see?  

 

      Anyway, a short time after working with the flames I noticed I was beginning to lose weight.  Really, it was like waking up one morning and WOW! my clothes were getting too big.  Probably about 3 months after that first day of  integrating the principles of the Seven Sacred Flames as a part of my daily life I had lost 30 pounds!!  I was amazed!  However, the journey was not just about losing the extra pounds. The journey was my self discovery of what those extra pounds were all about.

 

Let me share some of the amazing changes that have transpired for me...... 

 

 

 

     I now spend time communicating with the Masters of the Seven Sacred Flames as if we are sitting down together enjoying a cup of tea and chatting!!  I really questioned my sanity when this started happening. I was channeling before embracing the flames, however, now the depth of the connection is something difficult to describe. My increased abilities to help my clients at a much deeper level is such a blessing.  In fact, what I noticed is that my clients and their families are meeting their goals much faster! 

 

      As I began sharing with friends, family and clients, what I was experiencing with the Seven Sacred Flames and the planetary hierarchy of Light for Earth, people started asking me if I plan to teach this to others.  I thought about it now and again.  Then I would think about it again as people would ask. I yearned to teach what I have experienced but continued to set it aside.  Putting it off until next month and the next month. As a master at procrastination it was easy for me to keep thinking about it and just stay where I was.  That was until.....one morning I was awakened at 3:00am.....by Lord Kathumi. He was very clear about moving forward to teach the gifts of the Seven Sacred Flames.  Also, to make available to others the healing technologies I experienced and now use with my clients. . 

 

            I got focused and began to work with Master Kathumi, Adama, Master El Morya, Lord Sananda and Aurelia to create my workshop. With their loving support, guidance and patience I came out of my shell and stepped up to embrace my true authentic self. They helped me to let go of my self doubt, in the same way they can assist you to let go of any self doubt you may have.  They encouraged me to not let life go by any longer and embrace that which is mine to create. The class came together.  A wonderful intimate crowd and it was a beautiful day we all spent together. 

 

      Adama and Aurelia have been visiting with me often since my first class. They bring me more insights about our world and our spiritual journey home. Aurelia has lovingly shared with me that she, the brotherhood/sisterhood of light of this earth and our Lemurian family support me in bringing this information forth to mankind.  Constantly encouraging me to keep moving forward to help you and others who are ready to awaken to their gifts.  It is with the loving support and guidance from all of these amazing fifth dimensional beings of light, that I move forward to share and teach those of you who are ready to once again embrace your true authentic brilliance!
