Mary’s journey into the health and wellness industry has been a path of self emergence. Her two children were both diagnosed at a young age as autistic. Her daughter was not only diagnosed as autistic, but with a rare disorder, Moebius Syndrome. Mary’s love for her children and her determination to give them the life they deserve to live is her driving force. She believes that her children are here to help her to recognize and define who she came here to be….her life’s purpose.
When Mary’s life shifted and she became a single mom, she knew that many of the doors she had always been familiar with would close. This transformational process became a path of intense personal and spiritual growth.
Mary has always wanted to help and teach people. She felt that she had a lot to give and wanted to share that with others. She had been helping friends and neighbors for quite some time to find alternative solutions to health issues. In addition, she continued to work with her children implementing new concepts of energy medicine and natural nutritional healing solutions thus creating pathways to health for them.
Mary unites all of her skills in her practice as a Health and Wellness Coach, Spiritual Mediator. Facilitating programs for her clients that meet their specific needs. Her desire is to help you establish lifestyle changes. Teaching you to integrate critical skills that can help you acheive your goals. It's all about learning so you can "help yourself" now and in the future.
Today, several years later, Mary has created her garden of business. Energetics of Health and Wellness is growing and blossoming. Many of the seeds she planted have come to fruition. Many didn’t sprout. She will continue to maintain her garden. Keeping that which thrives and making room to plant new seeds to grow.
